Plasko building

This building, which collapsed due to fire on January 30, 1995, was built in 30 months based on the latest safety standards.

Plaskoy 1400 building is built according to the latest regulations, regulations and instructions in the field of construction in 20 floors and with 20,000 meters of infrastructure, and it is delivered to the business with 346 commercial units.

GFRC concrete is used in the new Plasco facade, which has light weight and high resistance to fire. In the air conditioning system of this project, more than 2000 square meters of pre-insulated IP ducts have been used.
