Pardis Science and Technology Park

Pardis Science and Technology Park is located 20 kilometers north-east of Tehran, in front of the new city of Pardis and next to Karasht village, in the current area of ​​90 hectares. The first phase of this park with an area of ​​20 hectares has been named as Innovation Campus and is currently in operation. The second phase of this park or Salamat Pardis Technology Park is currently in the final stages of its construction.

The planning of the design and construction of this park started in 2000, and in 2001, after examining several places in Tehran and its surroundings, such as the new city of Parand, the new city of Hashtgerd and the new city of Pardis, finally, a piece of land in the vicinity of the site of the Iranian telecommunication satellite in the city limits The new campus was chosen as the place to create the park. Proximity to Tehran, suitable weather conditions and suitable infrastructure of the region were among the reasons for choosing this place for the construction of Pardis Technology Park. More than 3000 square meters of pre-insulated Pal duct has been used in the facilities section of this project.
