The Insulation Pars VCD is made from rigid PIR foam with aluminum cladding on both sides and is constructed using an aluminum flange. The blades used in this type of duct are also made of aluminum, ensuring effective air distribution.

Pre-insulated access door

The aluminum access door is used to reduce sound transmission and airflow between different sections.

The construction and installation tools include right-cut, left-cut, vertical-cut, V-cut blades, grooving tools, and a bending machine. Using this set of tools, pre-insulated duct fabrication in any shape and size is possible.

A complete set of aluminum flanges, profiles, and metal corners facilitates the duct construction process.

Insulation Pars Group also provides antibacterial and antifungal flanges and accessories for air ducts used in hospitals, clean rooms, and similar facilities.

The strength and durability of large-sized air ducts are ensured using support rods and flange plates.

Liquid adhesive, aluminum adhesive tape, and sealant are other essential materials required for duct construction.
