iPDuct Pre-Insulated Duct

Insulation Pars, the largest manufacturer in the pre-insulated duct industry in Iran, in addition to producing the PalDuct product (PalDuct), has introduced a new product called iPDuct (IP) for use in pre-insulated air duct systems.

The iPDuct insulation sheet from Insulation Pars is made of PIR foam, suitable for constructing pre-insulated ducts. Along with producing the iPDuct sheet for making pre-insulated ducts, Insulation Pars also provides a wide range of accessories and tools for the manufacturing and installation of pre-insulated ducts, making it possible to create ducts in any shape or size with minimal and simple tools.

The iPDuct pre-insulated duct product, like the PalDuct (PalDuct), is made of PIR foam. PIR is a member of the polyurethane family, but it has advantages over it.

PIR foam has stronger molecular bonds with a circular structure, providing higher resistance. The high bonding degree and circular structure ensure the stability of PIR foam, preventing wear and corrosion over time.

Additionally, PIR has higher fire resistance compared to polyurethane and is fireproof.

Therefore, the PIR pre-insulated duct has much higher thermal resistance and dimensional stability compared to polyurethane ducts.
