The PalDuct product (also known as Pi Pal-Pal) by Insulation Pars Company is made from PIR (Polyisocyanurate) rigid foam and UV-resistant aluminum cladding.

About PalDuct (Pal Pre-Insulated Duct) PIR Material:
PalDuct is made from PIR foam, a type of polyurethane with superior advantages. PIR foam has stronger molecular bonds and a ring-like structure, making it highly durable.
The high degree of bonding and circular structure ensures the long-term stability of PIR foam, preventing degradation or corrosion over time. Additionally, PIR is more fire-resistant than polyurethane, making it flame-retardant.
As a result, pre-insulated ducts made from PIR provide significantly higher thermal resistance and dimensional stability compared to polyurethane ducts.
